Ingredients

  • 400g spinach and rocket mix
  • 2 large pears, ripe and soft, cored and sliced
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup Praise French Dressing
  • 200g feta

How to make it

In a large bowl, add the leaf mix, pear slices and walnuts. Pour over Praise French Dressing and crumble feta on top. Toss and check seasoning. Add salt and pepper as desired.
