Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thigh fillets, halved
  • 1 cup Praise Classic Aioli, plus extra to serve
  • 2 cups cornflake crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 4 brioche buns, split, grilled
  • 200g bag coleslaw mix

How to make it

  1. In a large bowl combine chicken and Praise Deli Style Classic Aioli, using hands to coat chicken well. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven 190°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine crumbs with spices. Toss chicken in crumb mixture to coat. Arrange in a single layer on tray and spray with oil.
  4. Bake 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden. Cool on tray.
  5. Serve chicken warm or cold, in a brioche bun, with slaw mixed with extra Aioli.
