Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with Aioli
Ingredients
- 24 asparagus spears
- 12 prosciutto slices
- Olive oil
- Praise Classic Aioli
How to make it
- Trim woody end off asparagus spears. Cut each of the prosciutto slices into long thin strips.
- Place the strip of prosciutto on a board and lay the cut end of the asparagus to make a letter “V”. Tightly roll the asparagus over and start winding the prosciutto strip around it. Repeat with all asparagus and prosciutto strips.
- Heat a large frying pan with olive oil and fry wrapped asparagus for a couple of minutes on each side or until the prosciutto is brown and crisp.
- Arrange on a plate and drizzle with aioli and ground black pepper.
