Ingredients

  • 1kg Red potatoes, cut into 3cm chips, do not peel
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • Praise Classic Aioli

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
  2. Toss the uncooked fries in a bowl with vegetable oil. Line a roasting tray with foil and baking paper. Place chips onto tray and bake until crisp.
  3. Mix the chopped rosemary with 1 tbsp sea salt and ½ tbsp ground black pepper in a bowl. Toss in the chips and serve with a side of Praise Classic Aioli.
