Ingredients
- 1kg Red potatoes, cut into 3cm chips, do not peel
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup rosemary leaves, finely chopped
- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper
- Praise Classic Aioli
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 200˚C.
- Toss the uncooked fries in a bowl with vegetable oil. Line a roasting tray with foil and baking paper. Place chips onto tray and bake until crisp.
- Mix the chopped rosemary with 1 tbsp sea salt and ½ tbsp ground black pepper in a bowl. Toss in the chips and serve with a side of Praise Classic Aioli.
