Each of our loaves take their inspiration from one of the great regions of Europe, like our Swiss Soya Linseed – inspired by Switzerland, a country with over 200 traditional types of bread, it’s bursting with crushed soya beens and linseeds. Lecker! (Delicious!) Freya’s range also includes Lower Carb breads, made by replacing some of the wheat flour with a delicious mix of seeds to deliver 40% less carbohydrates*, and easy to roll wraps.
