Mini Pizzas


6 slices Nature's Fresh bread
100g pizza sauce
100g champagne ham
100g salami
1/2 capsicum - chopped
1/2 can pineapple - drained
100g cheese


1. Preheat oven to 180°C

2. Cut circles out of Nature's Fresh slices using a cookie cutter/ large rounded mug or glass

3. Lightly toast rounds of bread in oven (to stop from going soggy) - approximately two minutes

4. Spread pizza sauce on pizza bases and assemble toppings with cheese on top.

5. Bake for 5-10 mins until cheese is melted and golden.
