Mexican Slaw Chicken Sliders

8 Nature’s Fresh Natural Sliders

8 Frozen Chicken tenders

1 Avocado

1/2 cup of thinly sliced Red cabbage

1/2 cup of grated Carrot

1 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp sour cream

Juice from 1/2 a lime


  1. Cook Chicken tenders as per packet instructions.
  2. Meanwhile make a slaw by mixing very thinly sliced red cabbage and grated Add lime juice, sour cream, salt, pepper and mayo and mix together thoroughly.
  3. Cut avocado in half and remove stone. Spoon out avocado flesh and slice thinly.
  4. Cut the sliders in half and evenly distribute Avocado between sliders.
  5. Place a chicken tender on each slider and top with your slaw.
  6. Serve immediately.
