Breakfast Toasties - two ways



Breakfast toastie

Ingredients

Spinach, egg and cheese breakfast toastie

2 slices of Nature's Fresh Multigrain toast

1/2 tbsp of butter

1/4 cup of baby spinach leaves

1 egg

1/4 cup of grated cheese of your choice (we used colby)

Baked bean, egg and cheese breakfast toastie

2 slices of Nature’s Fresh White toast.

1/2 tbsp of butter

4 tbsp baked beans

1 egg

1/4 cup of grated cheese of your choice (we used colby)

Toasted sandwich / Jaffle maker

Method

Spinach, egg and cheese breakfast toastie

  1. Pre heat your toastie/jaffle maker.
  2. spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread buttered side down. Add the baby spinach by placing them in a circle leaving an empty space in the middle for the egg.
  4. Crack the egg into the middle of spinach, top with grated cheese and the remaining slice of bread buttered side facing up.
  5. Cook until toastie maker light turns green.

  1. Pre heat toastie/jaffle maker.

  4. Crack the egg into the middle of beans, top with grated cheese and the remaining slice of bread buttered side facing up.
  5. Cook until toastie maker Light turns green.
