Salmon, Dill & Horseradish Sandwich

Serves : 4

Salmon Sandwich


125g cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup dill leaves, half roughly chopped
1/4 cup capers
1 red onion, thinly sliced
400g smoked salmon
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Salt and cracked pepper to taste
8 slices Mackenzie Pioneer Craft Loaf


In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and roughly chopped dill leaves. Smear onto 4 slices of Mackenzie Pioneer Craft Loaf. Top with red onion, capers, smoked salmon, dill leaves and alfalfa sprouts.

In another small bowl, combine the grated horseradish and mayonnaise. Smear onto remaining 4 slices of Mackenzie Pioneer Craft Loaf and place on top of sandwich.
