Chicken burger


  • MacKenzie White Rye burger buns
  • 800 grams Chicken Breast
  • 2 Cups of Slaw
  • 2 Large Tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1-2 Large Avocados (sliced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Tomato/Capsicum Relish (per burger)


Cook chicken breast in a hot pan or grill on BBQ.

Once done, lightly toast MacKenzie White Rye burger buns in the oven.

To assemble, spread one half of the bun with creamy slaw mix. Add the chicken, some thickly sliced avocado and tomato. Spoon a generous amount of tomato or capsicum relish, place the remaining bun half on top and serve. Game, set and flavour match!
