Freya’s breads are an innovative range of European style loaves and flat breads that provide a simple balance of healthy and substantial enjoyment. Our regular range include the following variants; Roggenbrot Dark Rye, Traditional White, Quinoa & Flaxseed, Mixed Grain, Soya and Linseed, and Wholemeal Grain.
We also have our fantastic Lower Carb range – bread lovers everywhere rejoice! The best thing to happen to bread since the slicer has arrived! Freya’s Lower Carb Bread is a range of great tasting bread but with a whopping 40 per cent less carbohydrates than standard multigrain bread. The variants in this range include 5 Seed, and Soy & Linseed.
Ingredients used across the product range include a variety of flours, grains and seeds such as wheat, rye, malt, soy, wholegrain oats, linseeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
