Classic Combo

Ingredients

  • 2 MacKenzie Oat and Quinoa muffin splits, halved
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp of your favourite chutney or relish
  • ½ cup salad greens
  • 4 slices of Champagne ham
  • 2-4 slices of your favourite Swiss style cheese
  • 1 gherkin, sliced

Method

Toast the muffin. Combine the mayo and chutney. Smear over the toasted muffin halves generously. Top with remaining ingredients. 

You can serve this on a plate like two open faced sandwiches, and thanks to the great texture of these muffins you can wrap in foil and take as a portable feast!
