These generously sized burger buns are made with fine South Island white rye flour. The buns are fermented overnight to bring out the flavour, then corn dusted before being water split. They’re soft and delicious and a source of fibre and protein.

Ingredients

Contains gluten containing cereals and soy as indicated in bold type. 

Wheat flour, water, South Island rye flour (6%), yeast, kibbled corn (3%), canola oil, iodised salt, soy flour, emulsifiers (471, 481), cultured wheat, acidity regulator (263).

Made on a line that also produces products containing sesame.
