Our Settlers Craft Loaf is made with a special blend of sprouted whole grains, South Island barley, wheat and rye. The grains are steeped and allowed to sprout before being roasted and stoneground – it’s a timeless method that gives the bread a delicious, malty flavour born of the High Country.

Ingredients

Contains gluten containing cereals, sesame and soy as indicated in bold type.

Wheat flour (wholemeal, white), water, South Island grains & seeds (21%) (red wheat, purple wheat, rye, linseeds), sprouted whole grains (6%) (barley, wheat, rye), sunflower seeds, wheat gluten,  yeast, sesame seeds,  iodised salt, malted barley, canola oil, soy flour, emulsifiers (471, 481), acidity regulator (263).

Made on a line that also produces products containing milk.
